  • Custom or personalized saxophones
  • Reeds, mouthpieces, and any other hygiene-related products once used
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected].

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
